Temperature compensation valve (RVT)

In the case of hydraulic circuits in the outdoor area, the viscosity of the liquids and thus the volume flows in the circuit will change due to temperature. This can lead to operational deteriorations.

The temperature compensation valve (RVT) contains a component made of a shape memory alloy (SMA) and is able to maintain a predetermined volume flow within certain temperature limits. The SMA component is controlled passively by the ambient temperature.
