English Component Test Benches
The dynamic behavior of the valves in the system can only be analyzed in the real refrigeration circuit. Under exact defined operating and environmental conditions, control and opening characteristics, vibration behavior and performance are checked and optimized.
With quieter vehicle interiors, low noise levels from the air conditioning system also play an important role.
With an acoustic measuring system, EGELHOF already records switching and flow noises and structure-borne noise with prototypes. This information helps EGELHOF designers to continuously minimize the generation of disturbing noise emissions.
The component endurance test benches play a special role. Switching and control valves in the respective refrigerant are subjected to a long-term durability test in their later installation situation in the vehicle.
