Mechanic sensors and actuators

Egelhof produces mechanic sensors and actuators in form of temperature or pressure control components. Mechanic temperature sensors (bulbs) can either be separated from actuator (bellow) by way of a capillary tube or can be a built-in component of a compact control element. As far as pressure bellows are concerned, the mechanic pressure sensor is also actuator.

We offer 4 different main product groups that are manufactured in small, medium or big series. Special or individual applications are available on request:

• temperature control elements including bellow
• temperature control elements including diaphragm
• pressure control elements including bellow
• transmitters

• very good linearity and low hysteresis

All of the expansion elements are still being tested with regard to life and switching actuations. A final control is carried out 100 % on all parts of our production, if required also with test certificate.

During the design of new temperature and pressure controller series, you are requested to advise us your requested temperature and pressure ranges, switch displacement and frequency and max. space requirements and other particular features. We will produce a first sample for you for testing purposes and elaborate a quotation for you.
